Sr. Finance Manager, Commercia

？ This position is to lead a team and oversee credit control, FP&A, pricing, accounting and tax of commercial.
？ Partner with Commercial Head to achieve overall business objectives, lead team to provide effective financial solutions and analysis reporting for management team;
？ Coordinate monthly rolling forecast including revenue, P/L and cash flow;
？ Lead finance team to support business in price management, sales order analysis and sales profit analysis etc.;
？ Work together with commercial team both domestic and export team to perform periodical credit reviews, perform frequent review Ｏn operating procedures to ensure internal control governance;
？ Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and commercial team performance;
？ Others special projects as assigned;
？ Bachelor or above degree, major in Accounting or Economy;
？ More than 10 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, and 5 years experiences in FP&A or management role, MNC is preferred;
？ Proficiency in finance analysis, costing, export tax rebate policy etc.;
？ Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels;
？ Optimistic, resilient, thrives Ｏn pressure, self-motivated and enjoys solving challenges in a dynamic environment;
？ Good oral and writing English;
？ Familiar with Microsoft Office, good understanding Ｏn SAP and hands-on experience before
