课程销售顾问 Training Consultant

ob Reponsibilities:
1. 根据团队和个人销售任务开展公开课销售工作，并完成各项销售指标，发展公开课ADA大客户，挖掘企业到场培训和咨询项目需求，助力内训团队业务开展
Focus Ｏn Public Course Selling and meet individual sales target; develop ADA clients of Public Course, as well as In-house training and consulting opportunities

2. 学习产品基本知识，为客户提供最优公开课学习建议，保证客户满意度
Acquire basic knowledge of product and provide the best learning suggestions for customer with customer satisfaction assurance.

3. 具备细致的综合处理能力，为公开课服务交付过程提供必要的支持工作，含课前准备、课程跟进、课后服务等
Have meticulous and comprehensive problem-solving skills, and need to provide necessary support for Public Course, including pre-class preparation, course follow-up, after-class service, etc.

4. 支持市场推广和活动推进
Support and facilitate the marketing activities

5. 完成上级交代的其他工作事项
Other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements:
1. 本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above

2. 至少具备两年以上的销售经验
At least 2 years of sales experience


3. 基本的英语读写能力
Basic English skill in both reading and writing

4. 熟练掌握MS Offices软件
Good command of MS Offices, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5. 具备较强的团队合作精神和资源整合能力，与老师团队和销售助理共同协作
Have a strong spirit of teamwork and willing to work together with trainer team and supporting team

6. 具备独立思考的工作能力和认真负责的工作态度，具备较强的沟通能力、执行力、协调能力和抗压能力
Think independently, responsible working attitude, good communication skills, good execution and coordination skills, can work under high pressure
