研发工程师

1. 负责开发光缆新产品项目，完成相关记录，并监控光缆新产品从试验到批量生产阶段的质量稳定性；
Responsible for developing new optical cable product projects, completing relevant records, and monitoring the quality stability of new optical cable products from testing to mass production;
2. 负责现有产品的结构优化工作；
Responsible for the structural optimization of existing products;
3. 负责制定并维护光缆产品规范；
Responsible for formulating and maintaining optical cable product specifications;
4. 负责新原材料或新原材料供应商的开发工作，制作并维护原材料规范；
Responsible for the development of new raw materials or new raw material suppliers, making and maintaining raw material specifications;
5. 提供光缆报价的结构设计、BOM；
Provide structural design and BOM of optical cable quotation;
6. 提供生产使用的光缆结构卡，建立并维护Cablebuilder, 及相关产品的检测标准；
Provide the optical cable structure card used in production, establish and maintain the testing specification;
7. 建立并验证相关产品的设计程序软件；
Establish and verify the design program software of related products;
8. 监控各产品各工序的物料消耗，维护BOM准确性；
Monitor the material consumption of each product and process, and maintain the BOM accuracy;
9. 协助建立，更新产品质量计划和企业标准；
Assist in establishing and updating product quality plans and corporate standards;
10. 遵守公司制定的EHS方针,维护所负责工作的相关体系，并保持记录；
Comply with the EHS policy formulated by the company, maintain the relevant system for the work in charge, and keep records;
11. 了解国内外行业内其他厂家的产品现状及发展；
Learn and understand the product development of other manufacturers in the industry;
12. 了解国内外光缆相关的标准及变化情况；
Learn and understand the standards and changes related to optical cables;
13. 不断优化和提高工作领域的技术水平，保持一定的先进性；
Continuously optimize and improve the technical level in the field of work and maintain a certain technology advanced;
14. 如有需要参与处理客户投诉或原材料问题分析；
Participate in handling customer complaints or raw material problem analysis if necessary;
15. 其它公司及部门要求的工作。
