Qualifications and Requirements
？ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Optical/Telecom is a plus)
？ 1 year quality related experience or New Colleague Graduate is welcome.
？ Experience with collecting, reorganizing, analyzing manufacture process data by using quality tools (such as SPC, Cpk and Analysis of Variance, etc.)
？ Experience with Optical communication manufacture process and IPC-A-610, MIL-STD-883 standard and skill of Optical products failure analysis is strong plus.
？ Good communication skill for coordinating multi-functional job.
？ Good comments in reading and written English. Spoken in business level
