Senior Regulatory Specialist （FCM）-05977

Responsibilities

1.(40%) Regulatory monitoring Ｏn focus countries (EU, USA and others as advised by reporting manager)

a.Research, monitor, study, digest and interpret regulatory requirements, including national deviations and state requirements;

b.Consolidate the digested information in the requested formats, including internal and external newsletters, summary tables, technical guidelines, etc, and save it in designated Company databases.

2.(40%) Provide answers to technical enquiries, including but not limited to:

a.Q&A;

b.Test plan creation;

c.Client specific research projects;

d.Providing training to internal customers Ｏn specific topics related to FCM.

3.(10%) Supporting Sales activities

a.Providing training to external customers as requested;

b.Be the knowledge speaker at external seminars;

c.Accompany Sales during client’s visits for technical support;

d.Prepare ready-to-go presentation slides for Sales to use;

e.Other activities as required.

4.(5%) Knowledge Management

a.Maintain existing knowledge within Company by updating information Ｏn Company databases;

b.Participate in Company activities with regards to knowledge and experience sharing.

5.(5%) Project management and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1.The working language of this position is English and therefore fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level is required. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage.

2.A Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.

3.A least 5 years of work experience in the field of FCM testing for the focus markets. Experience in consumer product testing in a third-party laboratory is essential. Applicants with at least 8 years of experience, including both in third-party FCM testing and FCM manufacturing industry, may be considered for the position of Technical Manager.

4.An in-depth understanding and knowledge in the mandatory and regulatory requirements and their application in FCM for at least the EU and USA markets. Experience and knowledge in additional markets or industry would be highly advantageous.
