Your Responsibility
? Communicate and coordinate with VWA's overseas market specialist to collect complaints from overseas markets
? Communicate and coordinate with the company to provide effective solutions
? Record necessary information of the overseas markets complaints in database
? Statistical evaluation of field complaints and analysis results
? Support analysis engineer to reproduce failure and define root cause
? Communicate with TQA, TE , Vehicle usw for analysis support
? Understand the failure from customer documentation
? Tracking analysis status
? Checking & updating analysis status sheet for selected topics
? Usage of relevant systems like AQUA for field Analyses, early warning, prognosis etc.
? Prognoses failure probability of target object through month in service (MIS), mileage etc.
? Prognoses total failure volume of target object
? Prognoses total cost to a specific failure
? Prognoses total warranty cost of different projects
? Record and compare the complaints of domestic and overseas markets
? According to the comparison, take corresponding measures to improve customer satisfaction

Our Requirements
? Master degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred.
? More than 3 years of VW work experience within quality.
? 2-3 years’ experience in the field of battery project, automobile industry is highly preferred.
? Welding experience is preferred
? International working experience within a multi-culture-environment.
? Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D).
? Outstanding organization and coordination ability.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm.
? Communicative, self-disciplined, accurate, stress-resistant.
? Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) expert.
? Excellent English or German, both is a plus.
