Main tasks
1. Dealing with customer and internal claims
2. Manage quality safe launch for new project
3. Continuous improvement of quality performance
Specific duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for all customer quality issues to make customers satisfied.
2. Responsible for internal process & product quality to ensure product with good quality.
3. Organize problem resolving function regarding to customer complaints and internal quality issues.
4. Report regularly for quality data regarding to 0km and internal process in weekly/monthly.
5. Organize to support production people to clarify product quality.
6. Organize to support production line to continuously improves process/product quality.
7. Organize to resolve process/product quality problems.
8. Responsible for overall products failure rate improvement, product KPI analysis.
9. Communication with quality department & other department regarding to the quality issue.
10. Initiate safe launch methods for launch protection in a period of at least 6 months before
Specialized knowledge and skills
1. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the process methods and quality tool (APQP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, etc.) in use
3. Familiar with customer specific requirement and automotive industry standard
4. Good communication skill
5. English proficient both in speaking and writing
