Quality Engineer 质量工程师

ey Accountabilities:
1. To ensure that the system for the control of quality is suitable for internal and external requirements, and that the system is complied with including but not restricted to:

A.Ensuring that process checks are adequate for the control of quantity.
确保建立适宜的工艺检查，满足质量控制的要求。
B. Ensuring Raw material, WIP and Finished product inspected adequately for the control of
quality complying with Customer and Legislative specification or requirements.
确保原料、半成品和成品有适宜的质量检测，满足客户和法规的技术标准和要求。
C. Ensuring personnel are familiar with quality expectations.
确保员工熟悉产品质量期望。
Qualifications & Experience: ·
1. 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food packaging or food industries with at least 2 years of quality work experience.
3-5年生产加工环境的工作经验，在食品和包装行业优先。至少2年质量工作经验。 ·
2. Knowledge of Quality and Food safety management systems, preferably experience in
ISO9001, HACCP and QS Certification.
理解质量和食品安全管理体系，有参与ISO9001,FSSC22000, HACCP and QS 认证经验。 ·
3. Preferable internal auditor of QMS/FSMS management systems.
QMS/FSMS管理体系内审员优先。

Position Specific Duties:
1.Setup incoming raw material, WIP and finished product test plan/program and specifications.
建立入厂原料、半成品和成品检测方案和标准
2. Setup and maintain the quality check, QC work instruction or SOPs and forms.
建立和维护QC质量检测作业指导规范或SOP和记录。
3. Train QC inspectors the material, WIP and finished product specifications and quality check SOPs.
培训QC检测员有关原料、半成品和成品技术标准和质量检测程序SOP。
4. Conduct daily QC work inspection to make sure raw material, WIP and finished product is inspected appropriately complying with the test plan.
日常监督QC工作，确保原料、半成品和产品根据检测计划实施检测。
5. Daily review Raw material, WIP and finished product QC test reports and process check
reports to make sure Ｏnly specification compliance raw material, WIP and finished products
can be released for production or customer. NCP which is not complying with specification
is hold and disposed in an appropriate way.
日常评审QC检测报告和工艺检查报告，确保只有符合标准的原料、半成品和成品才能被放行

6. Monthly report of Quality control issues and test result data analysis summary.
每月报告质量控制问题和检测结果分析汇总。
7. Handling regularly third-party testing of the product, and request raw material suppliers provide third party test reports according SMS.
定期安排产品的第三方检测，及跟原料供应商索要第三方检测报告
8. Verify finished product COA to customer according to customer’s requirements.
根据客户要求核准成品COA.
Involved in HACCP team to work Ｏn Hazard analysis and HACCP plans.
参与HACCP小组进行危害分析和建立HACCP计划。
9.Conduct other task assigned by superior.
上级分配的其他任务。
