项目工程师

岗位要求Responsibility:
1.跟进和保证投资项目的完成；
Follow-up and ensure good completion of investment projects: Delay, Budget, Quality.
2.负责并主动为用户部门提供技术建议；
Be responsible and proactive to workout technical suggestion to support user departments.
3.主导项目的投资项目流程；
Lead the investment process: Participate in defining out project specification; Take part in decisions with user Dept. and/or Suppliers; Present E-Capex request and evaluate project success.
4.收集和归档工程文件：图纸，参数和数据等；
Collect and File all engineering documents, drawings, parameters & data.
5.协调跨部门的项目；
Coordinate cross department communication and deal with the conflict.
6.参与精益生产项目，提高效率，消除浪费。
Contribute in Lean Manufacturing project aiming to improve efficiency or remove wastes (Muda).


工作要求Requirments:
1. 本科及以上，理工科背景，机械，电气，电子相关专业优先考虑；
Bachelor above, major in mechanical, electrical, electronic related is preferred;
2.2年或以上工作经验；优秀者应届毕业生亦可；
About 2 years working experience, excellent graduates are also available;
3.英语四级及以上，良好的听说读写能力；
CET4 or above, good written and spoken English;
4.熟悉设计软件；
Be familiar with design software;
5.具有精益生产意识，良好的沟通，主动性强。
