Job Duties and Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Communicate with the customer and R&D team, based Ｏn the market request, define the product specification
与客户及研发团队沟通，根据市场需求，制定产品规格
2. During the new product/process development, coordinating with technical department, organize APQP
在新产品/工艺开发过程中，协调技术部门，组织APQP
3. Coordinating with Technical departmet, organize new products, process, equipment qualification
与技术部门协调，组织新产品、工艺、设备的鉴定

Education and Experience:
任职要求：
College education or above, major in mechanical is prefer
专科及以上学历，机械/制造 - 原材料及加工/模具专业优先考虑
3 working experiences, 1~2 years total QA working experiences in injection molding field or plastic assembly field
1至2年质量工作经验
Good knowledge of APQP, familiar with quality tools like FMEA, Gants, SPC etc.
了解APQP, FMEA, Gants, SPC等工具
Strong communication skills with internal and external teams
与公司内部及工厂有良好的沟通技巧
CET4 - Able to read and write the English, preferred oral English.
大学英语四(若工作中能使用英语交流及文件编写，将优先考虑)

毕业生专业对口，无经验也可投
