高级前期质量工程师

Job Responsibility:
1.Leads, guides and participates in TPEP(TAJCO Project Engineering Process) activities to assure safe launch of new products.
主导/指导并参加TPEP(特艾科项目开发过程)的各项活动，以确保新产品的成功量产。
2.Responsible for developing and updating quality concept, CP, Inspection WI, DV&PV report, gauge control Doc. etc.
负责编制和更新质量概念，控制计划，检验作业指导书，DV&PV 报告，量检具控制文件等。
3. Attends customer and internal program related meetings and reports the status of QE deliverables.
参加内外部项目相关会议，并且报告各阶段质量交付物的状态。
4.Be the receiver of the PPAP documentation from the Project team. Be the Quality gate for PPAP internal approval, then be the interface to the customers for submission of the physical PPAP samples and the related documents into customer portal.
从项目团队收集PPAP文件，作为内部PPAP文件批准的质量门，作为窗口向客户提交PPAP样件和相关文件至客户门户。
5.Attend the ECR process and monitor the progress to ensure the quality.
参与ECR并监督其过程来确保质量。
6.Responsible for leading 8D for customer quality claims together with customer QA support team.
与客服协作，负责主导8D来解决客户的质量投诉。
7. To set up a A3 group on the internal basis and promoting the improvement of the critical quality problems through QRQC.
内部成立A3小组，参加QRQC活动并推动过程关键质量问题的改善。
8. Conduct process audit in new project PPAP phase and series phase.
在项目PPAP阶段和量产阶段实施过程审核。

Job Qualifications:
1. QE experience in an automotive related industry at least 5 years.
至少5年以上从事汽车行业的质量相关的工作经验
2. Familiar with audtomotive industry core 5 tools, understand IATF 16949, VDA6.3.
熟练掌握汽车行业五大工具，了解IATF 16949和 VDA6.3.
3. Familiar with GD&T, maching, assembly process knowleges, understand surface treatment plating, painting is perfer.
熟练掌握形位公差，机加工，组装的过程知识，了解电镀/喷漆的表面处理工艺更佳。
4. Ability to leading 8D/A3 to solve product quality issues with coordinating cross functional teams, Six-sigma green/black belt is preferred.
具备协调跨职能来主导8D/A3解决产品质量问题的能力，六西格玛绿带/黑带更佳。
5. good control of English.
