Job Responsibility:
1.Responsibility within Category Strategy and Commodity Management. Focus on Cost Reduction, Supplier Development and Supplier Risk Management as well as strong focus on supplier portfolio to support TAJCO growth.
2.Work with teams to ensure superior client satisfaction by providing hands-on deep analytics and contribute to team problem solving through findings
3.Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and provide effective information for assigned commodities in the pursuit to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals
4.Develop, communicate, execute, and monitor specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews (including the supplier's role in continuous improvement tied to product portfolio management, cost reductions, supply chain improvements)
5.Analyze appropriate supply chain to evaluate and make recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory logistics objectives
Top 3-5 key responsibilities :
1. Purchasing at category level in a group set-up
2. Supplier analysis
3. Negotiation and contract managment
4. Supplier development
5. Optimization of procurement processes
Job Qualifications:
1、 High technology understanding and experience from automotive industry
2、 Process, system and concept development internal and external
3、 Strong international negotiation experience
4、 Customer and supplier analyses
5、 Risk management at category level
6、 Legal understanding
7、 Good intercultural Communication and managmenet skills
8、 Proven experience as category manager or similar role
9 Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
Educational Certifications:
1. University Degree in Business Management/Economic or Mechanical/Material Engineering/ Supply Chain managemne（企业管理，机械工程设计，材料工程，供应链管理等相关专业）。
2. Work experience from sourcing and purchasing worldwide, Supplier Chain, risk management, presentation, communication, supplier management and development, leading of meetings, KPI’s and reporting of department status
3. Engineering skills from stainless steel, metal forming, welding, surface treatment
4. Use of IT and ERP
5. Min. 5 years experience with Procurement and Category Management within the automotive industry.
